Advent is a time of expectation, of waiting, of hope for what might be coming to birth. 

As we reflect on the scriptures of the Incarnation, Jesuit, Teilhard de Chardin reminds us that the Incarnation is an ongoing process within the human person, the unfolding of Christ, the Word Incarnate. We are all together carried in the one world-womb; yet each of us is our own little microcosm in which the incarnation is wrought independently and with degrees of intensity.

This Advent we turn our focus to the Spiritual Exercises Retreat and Ignatian Spiritual Direction, gifted occasions for both Giver and Receiver, opening new ways of seeing and experiencing unfolding Word Incarnate in the human heart. Accompanying, Giving and Receiving.
