Lent can be an opportunity to take stock, to become more deeply aware of the things that inhibit growth and flourishing in our relationships with God, with others and with all of creation.  A time to assess what to let go of, failed hopes and dreams, disordered attachments, selfish choices, or delete space lifestyles.  There is a vulnerability that comes with moving on and letting go, yet on the horizon, the farseeing hope of Easter draws us on.
